2. What Data We Collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your postcode or general location (if provided)
• A description of your collection
• Whether you prefer a callback
• Any photos you attach

If you use our postal service, we additionally collect:

• Your full address (required to generate a prepaid return label and to return items if an offer is not accepted)
• Details of the items you send, including any written note included inside the parcel

We do not collect special category data (such as health information).
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies on this website.

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
We do not send newsletters or promotional emails.

We have carried out a Legitimate Interests Assessment (LIA) to ensure our use of your data is proportionate and does not override your rights.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Your enquiry is processed by the following service provider:

International transfer: FormSubmit.co processes form data on servers outside the UK. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data remains protected to UK GDPR standards. We are reviewing UK/EU‑hosted alternatives to remove this transfer entirely.

We may also disclose data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law.

Money laundering and financial crime: We are not currently required to register as a High Value Dealer under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, as we do not make or accept cash payments at or above the regulatory threshold. All purchases are settled by bank transfer. However, we are subject to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and may be required to disclose information to the National Crime Agency or other authorities if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a transaction involves criminal property. We will not notify you if such a disclosure is made, as doing so may itself be a criminal offence (known as "tipping off").

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase: deleted within 12 months of your last contact.
• Completed transactions: basic records retained for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements, then deleted.
• Postal service: your address is used solely to generate prepaid labels and process returns. It is not retained beyond 12 months from last contact, or 7 years if a purchase was completed. Prepaid label data (name, address, tracking reference) is additionally held within Royal Mail and Parcelforce systems in line with their own standard retention periods, over which we have no control.
• Photos you send are stored only in our email system and deleted alongside your enquiry unless they form part of a completed transaction.
• You may request earlier deletion unless we are legally required to retain specific information.

6. How We Keep Your Data Secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted email transport, access controls, and secure storage of transaction records. Only authorised personnel can access your information.
