When you submit an enquiry through our website forms, we collect:

Note on FormSubmit.co: Form data is transmitted through FormSubmit.co's servers before being forwarded to our inbox. This constitutes a transfer outside the UK. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the service's terms of use as the legal basis for this transfer. We are reviewing whether to move to a fully UK/EU-hosted alternative to eliminate this transfer entirely.

We may also be required to disclose your data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law.

5. How long we keep your data

• Enquiries that don't result in a purchase: we delete correspondence within 12 months of your last contact.
• Completed transactions: basic transaction records are kept for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements, after which they are deleted.
• You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
